SHIPPING AND DELIVERY


For orders greater than or equal to Euro 99.00 the cost of shipping is free fo Italy only.
The promotion is only valid for orders on our site. In the case of cash payment will still apply the relevant committees.
The promotion applies only for shipments to Italy, San Marino and Vatican City.

Cost of transportation in Italy, San Marino and the Vatican.
The cost of transportation by express courier and 'proportional to the weight / volume of the shipment:

Delivery Time.
All orders received and paid by 12.00 and whose material is available, are shipped the same day. Orders received in the afternoon are shipped the next day. If it is chosen as method of payment by bank transfer or check, orders will be withheld pending verification of payment.

Our company sells goods normally present in our warehouse and our retail store opened. The availability on the site are generally updated in evening hours after closing the store for which certain articles on the website may have been sold during the day and not be immediately available. Goods Receipt.
Upon delivery of the goods the customer is required to inspect:
-That the number of packages delivered to your order;

The customer then must report any damage within 7 (seven) days of receipt of goods in the manner prescribed by the operator chosen for the shipment and / or delivery and / or by 'operator and under the terms of the general conditions of sale, posted on our website.
